Local store owners and families come together to enjoy Bryn Mawr Day

On Saturday, Sept. 6, local stores participated in the area's fifth annual Bryn Mawr Day. Bryn Mawr Day is an event that was put together to raise awareness of the smaller stores in the area. It gives the knowledge of stores and historical monuments that are over 100 years old. With King of Prussia mall and online shopping at your fingertips, local store owners worry that people in the area and college students are unaware of the stores that are in their vicinity.

Getting involved as a commuter not the trickiest of tasks at Cabrini

On a typical day, junior business administration major Justin Juliano wakes up at 7:45 a.m. and hops into the shower. Once he's out and dressed, he makes his bed and heads downstairs for breakfast. He then leaves his house around 9:10 a.m. and gets to school around 9:25 a.m. After searching a bit for a parking spot, he makes his way into Founders Hall and chats with friends until class at 9:40 a.m. To some, repeating this process five days a week may be a hassle, but Justin said, "I think commuting helps in the long run."

9/11; A video remembrance

“I remember like it was yesterday asking my Professor Cathy Yungmann if I could use the editing equipment from the college to create this montage to express my feelings and frustration of what I was feeling during this horrible moment in our lives.” Craig Vagell, Cabrini College Communication alum, said.
