Free newspapers in dorms for a four-week trail

Cabrini students can now get "All the news that's fit to print" for free. The New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer and USA Today are now available at no cost to students in the residence halls. The Collegiate Readership Program, sponsored by USA Today made it possible.

Career fair held at Neumann

The Intercollegiate Career Fair will be held at Neumann College on Wednesday, March 20. The Career and Co-op Services office encourages students to attend the event. Although the event is geared towards seniors, Nancy Hutchinson, director of cooperative education and career services, and Kristie Conway Beucler, assistant director of cooperative education and career services, agree that is beneficial for students from all classes to attend.

Freshman blues plague physical, spiritual and emotional well-being

Freshmen health suffers after the first year at college. Physical health, mental health and spiritual health are all affected in the months between August and May when students are subjected to their first year away from home or set in a different academic and social scene.

Public Safety Alert: Credit card theft

Public Safety asks that students, faculty and staff remain on guard for credit card theft. On Monday, credit cards were stolen at Eastern University. On Tuesday, Mark Casey was seen at Eastern. Casey has been arrested multiple times by the Lower Merion Township Police.

Public safety alerts campus

Credit cards have been stolen at several area colleges and public safety wants Cabrini students to be on alert. Charles Schaffner, director of public safety, met with the directors of public safety from a half dozen area colleges at Villanova last week. The meeting alerted Schaffner about a group of people that have been stealing credit cards from students at colleges in the area.
