Following a 6-3 loss to Marywood University April 2, the men's tennis team bounced back to defeat Alvernia College 5-4. With the match at Alvernia knotted up at 4 wins apiece, it came down to Drew Brandstetter at the No. 5 singles spot, who was already down 1 game to 2.

‘Wednesdays on the wall’

After three strenuous tries, junior exercise science major Craig Lowrie comes off the wall with a smile and a few high-fives from his friends. For the past two weeks, a V4- rated boulder route is all he had been talking about. On this given Wednesday, he finally nailed it.

Deas, Taylor finish high in NCAAs

The women's track and field team came home from Ohio with not one but two second place finishes from the National College Athlete Association indoor championships. Valentine’s Day: ‘A materialistic holiday’

In case anyone ever wondered why Valentine's Day exists, the government simply couldn't think of a good enough holiday to fill the void between New Year's Day and St. Patrick's Day. Valentine's Day as we know it, was born. Alright, so really, this non-federal holiday has origins that date back as early as 200 A.

Energized alcohol: not just a fad

Aside from the ability to give you wings, college students have found that Red Bull can also give you double vision. In addition to other ingredients in mixed drinks, energy drinks such as Vault, Amp and Rockstar have been added to the blend. One of the most popular concoctions includes Red Bull and Vodka.
