With high expectations for the 2010 men's lacrosse season, Paul Levine, senior business and marketing major, is preparing for the his final season. Levine, who plays midfielder, is looking forward to the future and reflecting on his past four years as a Cabrini Cavalier.
Last semester I took advantage of the study abroad program offered at Cabrini and it was the best decision I have ever made. It takes a lot for a person to leave their comfort zone. Leaving your family, friends and, most importantly, the food options America has to offer is extremely difficult.
As Cabrini College narrows its search for its next provost and vice president for academic affairs, candidates came to campus and immersed into campus life the week of Jan 11 to 15. Each prospective candidate was taken through vigorous question-and-answer sessions by board members, faculty and students answer sessions with not only board members, but by faculty and students as well.
As I walked off the plane towards baggage claim I thought to myself, Hello Rome! I am finally here and I hope you are ready for me (quite a Lizzie McGuire Movie moment). Thoughts of all the amazing adventures that I would soon be taking swirled through my head.
Ever since I was a wee little girl, I have been a Red Sox fan.
