The latest edition of the "Woodcrest" was brought to life in the mansion on Monday, Nov. 26. Members of the magazine practicum sponsored a reading of selected works from the magazine, which will be out for distribution on Dec. 5. The theme of the magazine this year is "The Mind.

The women's basketball team has high hopes for a winning season. Senior Lisa Kqira is the captain this year and feels that the team is going to be great this year. The Lady Cavs are favored to win the Southern Division with 61 points. They also received one first place vote.

Women’s soccer team turns around season with end of season win against Cedar Crest

The women's soccer team finished its season on Saturday, Nov. 2 with a 4-2 win against Cedar Crest. The Lady Cavs finished sixth in the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference with a conference record of 4-6 and an overall record of 6-14. Junior Liz Graham said that going into the game, the team was excited.

The Collaborative Learning Community, Healing Matters sponsored in partnership with Catholic Relief Services a presentation on Wednesday, April 14, on the growing problem of AIDS in Africa. The presentation given was broken down into three parts including a powerpoint presentation that gave audience members the real story about the disease that is plaguing Africa, followed by a poster session run by students who take part in Healing Matters, concluding with a CRS presentation about advocacy in relation to AIDS.
