We love vacations as much as anyone does. Sometimes we need a break from reality. Yet, we must accept the true reality of the "Justice Matters" curriculum. We must be in solidarity with the poor, the outcasts, the marginalized, and the oppressed as well as be present to the community around us whether it is in Norristown or our hometown, or also our campus community.

In an effort to raise campus-wide spirit, Cabrini Spirit Day was hosted on Thursday, Nov. 12. All faculty, staff and students were encouraged to wear Cabrini gear. Cabrini spirit decorations were set up around campus, such as the entrance to Founder's Hall.

Editorial: Extraordinary accomplishments throughout 50 years

Take a minute and try to imagine this. Imagine a college where a dress code was normal. Where the curfew was enforced every night, regardless of whether you were a freshman or a senior. An environment in which there were 43 total students and 11 faculty members in the entire college.

John McCain Republican Supports overturning Roe v. Wade and banning abortion except in cases of rape, incest or threat to the life of the mother. Ron Paul Republican He views the fetus as a "human being with legal rights from the day of conception." Paul is a former practicing obstetrician/gynecologist, and has said that he never found an abortion "necessary to save the life of a pregnant woman.

Ace Pitcher Iadarola throws strike in front of 1,100 Cabrini fans at Phillies game

In front of 1,100 cheering students, faculty and staff, ace hurler Toni Iadarola provided some of the best pitching of the night as she blazed a fast ball in to catcher Phillie Phanatic. The pitch proved too hot for the Phanatic to handle.

The Cabrini Baseball Club participated in an intense baseball tournament in Cape May, N.J. on Sunday, Sept. 23. The 20 dedicated team members and returning coach Will Harmon, woke up and left the college at 5:30 a.m. to head to the tournament in two Cabrini vans.
