The Monaco Family support Coach Dzik

Dear Editor
As the Father of the Family with the most Cabrini graduates (5),I am appalled at the way Coach Dzik was fired.
The Coach has given 25 years of his life, his entire working life to Cabrini College. His record speaks for itself. His players speak for him, a 95% graduation rate, Duke doesnt have the grad rate. He is Cabrini Basketball, and Cabrini Athletics. The Coach deserves to win his 500th game at Cabrini. He deserves a celebration and a retirement party NEXT YEAR.
If the College truely believes in CORE VALUES, then they should practice what they preach. Love of Family, Teamwork, Strive for Success, Help Others…ALL of which describe Coach Dzik and his contribution to Cabrini College.
The new Athletic Center is because of Dzik, the 76ers, the Pro Tennis Dzik DZIK.
Do the right thing…Honor the Coach and his accomplishments. Do it the Right Way.
The DZIK WAY…Cabrini be a Winner and let Coach Dzik stay another year for his 500th win.
The only D3 school to boast that record with one coach. The Cabrini Community deserves nothing less.
