Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are officially ready to tie the knot.   After four years of dating on and off the couple finally announced they are engaged.  Of course, tabloids took it upon themselves to say that Jessica Simpson was saddened by the news of her ex-husband’s engagement.  A few days later she went on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show to clear the rumors up.  Jessica Simpson said she wishes Nick nothing but happiness and hopes everyone can move on from her relationship with Lachey that ended a really long time ago.

Not too long after Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo shared their engagement news with the world, Jessica Simpson and her former NFL beau Eric Johnson announced their news, they are engaged!  Jessica and her fiancée have been dating since May.  They have both been married once before and Johnson’s divorce was finalized shortly after the couple started dating.

The former president of the United States, Bill Clinton, is going to make a debut in ‘The Hangover 2.”  Clinton was on location in Bankok, Thailand giving a speech on clean energy, where he also shot a brief scene for the film.  He will join Bradley Cooper and his hilarious entourage in the sequel.

Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson & Rupert Grint, the main characters in all of the Harry Potter movies  have been making their rounds on the talk shows this week promoting the newest sequel.  “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, the movie debuts in theaters Nov. 19.

“ Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” is the seventh and final book of the Harry Potter novels all written by J.K. Rowling.

This is the sixth addition to the Harry Potter movies.  There will be a part 2 of the Death Hallows that will be released in theaters July 15, 2011.

Brad Pitt is on to his next project and no, he and Angelina Jolie are not adopting another baby just yet.  His Plan B production company is in currently in talks to bring the story of the 33 Chilean miners to the big screen.  He has made a reportedly multimillion-dollar offer to not only buy the film rights but also possibly cast some of the miners themselves.  Pitt’s offer was not the only one to be received so it is not in the works just yet.  However, Brad Pitt’s movies were requested by the men to be watched while the miners were trapped underground.  The decision will be made about the project when a handling company is hired to make sure the money is equally distributed to all of the miners.
