Cooking at Cabrini – Breakfast on a budget

CookingEGGS WITH TOAST:

Ingredients:

1 slice bread

1 egg

2 tbsp. butter

Instructions:

Awkward_title 1. Use a tableknife to spread a half tablespoon of butter on each side of the bread.

2. Use a small, circular glass to punch a medium-sized circle out of the center of the bread.

3. Place the bread in the skillet, and crack an egg, depositing the yolk into the middle of the hole.

4. Cook until egg begins to fry into a solid state on the bottom side.

5. Flip, and let cook.

FRENCH TOAST:

Ingredients:

2-4 slices bread

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

Instructions:

1. Spray your pan with cooking spray.

2. Put your burner on medium heat.

3. Beat two eggs with ¼ cup of milk, until consistent and well mixed.

4. Dip and drop one slice of bread into the mixture.

5. Make sure each side is covered.

6. Place the wet slice of bread into the pan and allow to cook.

7. When it is golden brown, flip the toast.
