Jason Williams, a junior communication major, does he have what it takes to be the next Mr. Cabrini? This is Jason’s second time running for Mr. Cabrini. “When I heard I was being nominated again I was pretty excited to get another chance to try to win the competition,” Jason said, “After seeing me the judges will not be able to remember any of the other competition.” Jason participates in the Cavalier radio and is the men’s basketball manager. “I think my best personal trait for this competition is my school spirit,” said Jason, “I know I will not be as nervous this year on stage since I’ve been through the competition once already.”
Rachel Layden, a senior English and American study major, is competing for her first time this year in the Mrs. Cabrini pageant. “I was shocked at first, my friend and I were joking about nominating each other but I didn’t actually expect to become nominated,” said Layden, “what will set me apart from everyone else in this competition is my talent portion.” Rachel says she will be performing her talent with another person with a story to add to the performance.
