From neighbors to marriage,  Dr. Michelle Filling-Brown has quite the awe-worthy love story.

In an article by Broadway World, Filling told her romantic journey with her husband, Pete.

The two individuals lived in the same apartment building and only had ever exchanged small-talk in elevator rides.

After a mail mix-up, Filling found herself returning a package to the correct address which happened to be the front door of her to-be husband.

Through 10 months of dating,Pete was ready to confess his secret to Filling. The confusion in mail delivery was no mistake.  Pete had seen Filling and knew he needed to get to know her better.  He purposely placed the package there to get Filling-Brown’s attention.

After submitting this fairy-tale story to Broadwayworld.com for a contest entitled “It Shoulda Been You,” Filling’s story took home the grand prize.

“It Shoulda Been You,” a new musical, held a contest giving away free tickets for 10 couples all week.  Couples will have the opportunity to go see the brand-new musical directed by David Hyde-Pierce, Tony award-winner.

As a grand prize, Filling will have her love-story produced into a musical piece composed by Barbara Anselmi and Brain Hargrove.

Let me tell your story. Love everything about the communication field. Passionate about passion. I wish I lived in a romantic comedy. Romance novels consume my time off. Carrie Bradshaw is my idol. Walt Disney quotes make me cry. There is such thing as magic.
