Pregaming habits may be dangerous, students say

No matter what school that they choose to go to, students are going to run into drinking at some point in their college career. Aside from drinking at parties either on-campus or off, many decide to drink before they even arrive to their destination. Pregaming is something that a lot of people do for a variety of different reasons. We live in a generation where taking a few shots or having a few beers before going out is deemed normal.

Additional speed bumps installed for student safety

The safety of its students is one of the main concerns of a college campus. In an email sent to students by Vice President of Student Life, Dr. Lysionek, it was explained that new speed bumps were going to be placed in response to concerns with pedestrian and driver safety, due to the fact that many cars frequently travel at speeds well beyond the posted speed limit of 15 m.p.h.

PB&J night: making a difference, one sandwich at a time

No one chooses to be homeless. On Friday, Oct. 17, Cabrini students gathered in the Wolfington Center to make over 100 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Afterwards, the students filed into vans to distribute these sandwiches, along with water bottles and granola bars, to different individuals who call the streets of Philadelphia home.

Well, that would be the city of Berkeley, CA. On Wednesday Oct. 15, Student Diversity and CAP Board hosted LGBT Trivia night with text breakers.

Women’s tennis stays undefeated in CSAC play after defeating Cedar Crest

The Cabrini women’s tennis team improved to 9-0 in the CSAC and 12-4 overall after topping Cedar Crest College in both singles and doubles play on Monday, Oct. 13.

What’s all the buzz about?

Whenever I go on Facebook, I notice that my friends and family “share” articles on their page that catch my eye.
