We are all to blame for slut-shaming

In today’s generation, women are often looked down upon for having sexual relations with men. However, men are praised for it. Why is this?

As unfair as it is, men will never be called sluts, whores, skanks or any of the derogatory terms used to describe women.

When a man has sexual relations with a woman, everyone finds out about it.

The reason for this is because that man tells all of his friends and they all pat him on the back.

Meanwhile, that girl is either being called a slut or sitting in her room asking herself if this man has feelings for her or not.

Men are the real sluts of this generation.

While women are hiding their “body count,” men are telling their friends and competing with other men to see who has had sex with more girls.

Another thing men do is find out what girls they have both had sex with. “Eskimo bros” is the term for this.

Girls are being made fun of for having sex and boys are being praised and raising their level of “swag.”

In my opinion, this will never change. Actually, it will just continue to get worse.

Girls are put to the test everyday by society’s standards of them.

Even commercials advertising soap have soft-core porn in them.

Although it is completely wrong for anyone to be called a slut or whore, some girls have it coming to them.

You cannot just wear shirts where your breasts are making special appearances and not expect guys to ignore it.

We know what you are doing, ladies—and it is working.

Oh, and do not even get me started on yoga pants.

It could be 100 degrees in the middle of summer and girls will be wearing yoga pants because they are “comfy.”

Yes, I am sure you are comfy. Just try not to sweat on me.

Girls, if you want these terms to cease, do something about it.

Guys, grow up. We are all the root of this.

The funny thing is that my friends will probably make fun of me for this article saying things like “dude, you’re so soft.”

It is just how men operate.

Every single guy does it, and that does not make it right at all.
