It’s the tag line of every real world episode since 1992. From New York to San Diego to Australia, the real world has been to almost every state in America and even a couple of countries in New York. After the last season in New Orleans wrapped up this fall, MTV knew they had to go somewhere special for the 25th season. It had to be somewhere crazy that was guaranteed to have drama, partying, and plenty of drunk moments and MTV knew the perfect place: Las Vegas.
Although the Real World was filmed once before in Las Vegas back in 2002, the success of the first time made the producers want to go for a second time around.
In October of 2010, the seven new cast mates set out for Las Vegas where they are staying in the Hard Rock Hotel penthouse until December in hopes for another successful season. Here is the scoop for some of the newest room mates that America will be watching in 2011 according to vevmo.com
Heather Marter is a 22 year old from Delran, New Jersey who attends Monmouth University with majors in broadcast journalism and is a member of the Delta Phi Epsilon sorority
Michael Adam Royer goes by the name of Adam from Falmouth, Maine and served three years in at the Long Creek Youth Development Center for his role in a shooting.
Michael Ross is a a 23 year old originally from Woodbridge, VA where he attended Aquinas. He currently attends the University of Maryland.
Dustin Zito a 24 year old from Rayne, Louisiana. He attended Lamar University and has a background in the gay porn industry as “Spencer” in fratman
Naomi Defensor is 22 years old and originally from New York, New York. She graduated from Cathedral High School in 2006 and from Buffalo State College in 2010, with a major in journalism and a minor in political science.
Heather Cooke is a replacement room mate for one that gets kicked out and may go as “Cookie” to not get confused with the other Heather. She is from California, MD, and a 2010 graduate from Loyola Maryland where she majored in international business and played soccer.
