Jerry ZurekThe women’s basketball team has only four returning players this season, but that is not discouraging them with their hopes of a successful year. The players have already started practice, and they are in the process of molding their new team.
The team started regular practices Oct. 16 and are eager for the season to get started.
There are a lot of new freshmen on the team and head coach Bobbi Morgan, assistant coaches Fran Burbidge, Kate Pierangeli and Caroline Tarves and the entire team are all anticipating the season to come with the new freshman players.
“I think our freshmen are going to have a major impact. They are a very athletic and talented group of kids and they work really hard.
