Jessica’s Law

By Staff Writer
March 17, 2005

Dear Friends,

A number of people across the United States and Canada are banding together to push for Jessie’s Law.
Jessica Marie Lunsford was taken from her home on Feb. 23, 2005 by a registered sex offender, who subsequently took her life.
“Jessie’s Law” is a law that we hope will bring harsher punishment for first time sexual offenders, so that no other children have to be at their mercy ever again. If you would like to help us in our efforts to make Jessie’s Law an actual law, please go online to www.jessicamarielunsford.com. You will find many helpful ideas and drafted letters to be sent to the government under the the Talk forum. Please send your email information to HopefullParent, as she is spearheading this campaign to make it into a reality.

With Regards,
The Jessica Lunsford Team

” I love you this much, and nothing will come between us”
