If you can’t take one more day of self-loathing, then you’re ready to hear the truth. Skinny Bitch is an easy and entertaining way to hear the truth about the food we eat and how to change ourselves and become skinny.

The authors guide readers towards making intelligent and educated decisions about the food we eat. “They may be bitches. And you’ll be one too after you get with the program and start eating right.”

Skinny Bitch will tell you exactly how it is and help you get motivated to start getting skinny fast. “This is not a diet. This is a way of life. A way to enjoy food. A way to feel healthy, clean, energized and pure.”

“It’s time to reclaim your mind and body. It’s time to get skinny.” This is the basis thought of the book.

‘Give it up.’ The first part of the book tells you how to become skinny by being healthy. Giving up the junk food, going to the gym and eating right are as simple as it gets. Society today thinks that eating foods that say “fat free” and “diet” will actually made you skinnier.

“Aspartame (an ingredient commonly found in diet sodas and other sugar-free foods) has been blamed for a slew of scary maladies like arthritis, birth defects, lupus and diabetes.”

So next time you go to the store, Skinny Bitch will help you pick the foods that will keep you healthy longer. Another food product, sugar, has become a major problem in the food we eat.

“Like refined sugar, it has a negative, dramatic effect on our blood-sugar levels. According to studies conducted by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, diabetes and obesity is directly linked to eating refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup.”

The truth about what you are putting into your body is scary and Skinny Bitch abruptly tells you the truth.

‘You are what you eat.’ The second part of the book tells you about the food you are eating and why it is all so bad for you. Skinny Bitch tells us that becoming vegetarian or vegan are the two best ways to become skinny and healthy.

“Chickens, because they are so overcrowded and stressed, frequently peak each other and factory farm workers, so the ends of their beaks are literally chopped off their faces.”

Animals are treated so horribly in the factories that becoming a vegetarian is the only option to becoming a skinny bitch. They will tell you stories that will make you never want to look at meat again. Also, protein is looked down on when it comes to eating right. High amounts of protein can damage our tissues, organs and cells contributing to faster aging.

Know this: People in other cultures consume haft the amount of protein that we do, yet they live longer, healthier lives.

‘Let’s eat.’ The last part of the book tells you what to eat and how to eat the right foods. Being healthy is being skinny. They let you know many FYI’s about eating and what to do to get started. “FYI: Donate blood.”

“You can save a life and lose weight at the same time.” Skinny Bitch has a humorous and right to the point way of getting the message to you. At the end, they map out weeks of meals for you to try.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will become easier as the weeks go on and then in no time you will become a “Skinny bitch.”
