Free room and board and a room all to yourself, who wouldn't want that? Roommates can be aggravating and room and board is expensive. These things would make it seem like being an RA is worth it, but of course, as with everything in life, with the good comes some bad.

My whole life I have lived at the Jersey Shore, Long Beach Island to be exact. I live in Barnegat about 15 minutes from the beach and living so close has made the beach a very big part of my life. So, when I tell people for the first time where I am from, I typically get the same reaction.

The holidays are a cheery time in which families gather and celebrate. Well, not so much anymore. In today's generation, many of the traditions surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas have changed. Thanksgiving is no longer about getting together with family and friends and giving thanks for the past year but rather getting up at 4 a.

Growing up, there are many factors that help shape your personality. Did you ever think that one of those factors could be your birth order? Up until high school, this though had never entered my mind. Then, I read an article in one of the various teen magazines I read at the time that was about the order in which you were born into in your family and personality traits.
