Twilight Series By Stephanie Meyer For those who don't know, this series of four books follows the life of Bella Swan who moves to a new place and falls in love with a young vampire named Edward Cullen. The books have become a must-have for young adults and now a must-see movie as the books come to theaters.

Hypnotist Saleish puts Cabrini students in a trance

A magic show with a comedic twist kicked off Freak Week at Cabrini, with Saleish the hypnotist. On Monday, Oct. 26, Campus Activities and Planning Board presented the well-known hypnotist to Cabrini's campus. Although Saleish was scheduled last year, CAP Board thought they should keep him on for this year.

Prospective students learn about Cabrini mission on Columbus Day

On Monday, Oct. 12 Cabrini celebrated Columbus Day by incorporating the school's mission into the historic day. The College hosted a series of morning and afternoon events for high school students interested in attending Cabrini. Christopher Columbus and Mother Cabrini both left their native country of Italy to start a new life and better the lives of others.

College offers variety of online courses

Cabrini College does not just offer the standard in class lecture style of classes, but Cabrini also offers online classes. Technology is ever-changing and Cabrini, like the rest of the world, must try and keep up. Online courses are a way for Cabrini to be advanced in technology.

Tufts gets tough; outlaws ‘sexiling’

President Obama has discussed keeping credit cards out of the hands of students unless their parents can co-sign for them or until the student is financially stable. Great, just what we need: more kids riding the backs of mommy and daddy for money. I've worked my way through community college and used a credit card to help me to pay for my books and for the gas I needed to get to school.
