A 19-year-old boy was driving down a road when he was pulled over for speeding. When the police officer asked the boy for his license and registration, the officer noticed an additional identification in the boy's wallet. He confiscated the ID, only to find that it was a fake driver's license, claiming that this boy was of the age of 21.

College slowpokes, beware. In Florida, a plan has been approved by two Senate committees to increase the tuition for state university and community college students who take more classes than their undergraduate degree would require. However, this idea is falling fast because of certain Florida senators who are concerned over the punishment for slacker students.

Cabrini College has received a check for a grant from Mr. William Bucci, the state president of the Order Sons of Italy (OSIA) and vice president of Private Client Group at Ryan Beck and Company, and Robert D'Anjolell, the chair of the Charitable Education Trust and president of D'Anjolell Memorial Homes in Broomall, Pa.

Over 30 student volunteers from Cabrini gathered in the Dixon Center on Tuesday, April 5 for Cabrini's Kids Count Day organized by junior Claudia Sciandra. Kids from the Don Guanella School, the Police Athletic League (PAL), and Big Brothers and Big Sisters came for a day full of sports activities, games, t-shirt making, food and prizes.

Christmas All Year is a project that is helping children at risk with the help of all the organizations on-campus. Claudia Sciandra, junior, is heading the program and helping all the student organizations become involved with one of the many options for all different types of community service.
