War not related to 9/11

I was part of the protest and was not interviewed as part of the article, which I am fine with, but my reasons were different than those I was protesting with. Yes, I am against the war because I feel that there were ways around killing people we are "trying to save.

Catholic priests in scandal

In the past month headlines of every major newspaper ran cover stories on priests molesting boys. Until now the Catholic Church has been hiding information to protect priests. Through all the press coverage the Roman Catholic Church cannot hide these cases any more.

Irish schools merging together In Strabane, the elementary school has three teachers for students from over 20 families. In order to better educate the students with a better student to teacher ratio the school has decided to merge with Bready Primary school.

Princess Margaret dies Princess Margaret, the younger sister of Queen Elizabeth II died Saturday at the age of 71. Friday the princess suffered from a stroke in her home. She laid down to rest, later on in the night her breathing became heavy. Early Saturday mourning the family rushed her to the hospital.

Accessibility: where there’s a wheel, there’s a way

Students that are wheelchair bound have found a few changes on this campus in the past year. There are still many problems on this campus that are a daily obstacle for disabled students in wheelchairs. The major change was the new path that went from Woodcrest to Xavier, and ran to the new dorm and to house one.

A Christmas Wish List

Instead of a Christmas list this year I came up with a wish list... I wish that my parents could stop stressing about putting two children through college at the same time. I wish my sister would get a job to take a load of a financial burden off my parent's shoulders.

Cabrini participates in the Great American Smokeout

Nov. 15,2001 is the date of this year's Great American Smokeout. This day began in 1977 by the American Cancer Society to get people to stop quitting. The idea of this day is to try and get smokers to quit even if it is only for one day. This day is always held on the third Thursday of November.
