Album Review: The 1975

"The 1975" is a self-titled debut album of The 1975. It was released in September of 2013 and I discovered the band through a friend in shortly after in October. Overall the album is really well-done for a debut album with many repeatable songs.

Getting involved as a commuter not the trickiest of tasks at Cabrini

On a typical day, junior business administration major Justin Juliano wakes up at 7:45 a.m. and hops into the shower. Once he's out and dressed, he makes his bed and heads downstairs for breakfast. He then leaves his house around 9:10 a.m. and gets to school around 9:25 a.m. After searching a bit for a parking spot, he makes his way into Founders Hall and chats with friends until class at 9:40 a.m. To some, repeating this process five days a week may be a hassle, but Justin said, "I think commuting helps in the long run."

Roller hockey raises eyes for upcoming playoffs

The Cabrini roller hockey team closed regular season play with and 8-4 win over Drexel (T2) on Sunday, April 6. The win reinforces the Cavs hopes in the playoffs, bumping them up to fourth place in the league standings and ending the season on a five-game win streak.

ICYMI – The 2014 Academic Symposium

The 2014 Academic Symposium brought out students from all class years to display their research and scholarly achievements on Thursday, April 24. The showcase of posters event drew campus administration, faculty and many students to the event in order to learn more on each students specific research.

Does the degree really pay off?

There are approximately 37-million people in the United States borrowing money towards student loans and 40 percent of those borrowers are under the age of 30. Although it may seem like the problem is paying back the debt, the real issue lies in those borrowers like Lilly Welsh who are underemployed.
