  1. In 2001 the Cabrini men’s basketball team played Alvernia during the Division III Pennsylvania Athletic Conference. The score was 71-70 when Alvernia took a foul shot with only seconds on the clock. The ball hit the rim when Kareem Bronson took a full court shot, estimated at 92 feet and made the winning basket, for a final score of 73-71. This win won the DIII PAC and was also televised on ESPN as No.1 on the Top 10 Plays of the Day.
  2. In 2006 the men’s lacrosse team played Courtland State, the reigning national champions. Casey Grugan had two back-to-back goals and three assists, and goalkeeper Kevin Quinn blocked 11 shots. In total, eight players scored for the Cavaliers. Courtland at the time was ranked No.14 in the nation and it was said that Courtland said that after they played Cabrini their playing strategy was forever changed.
  3. In 2009 all four fall sports, field hockey, soccer, volleyball and cross country, won the CSAC championship title. This was a first for Cabrini athletic history.
  4. In 1998 the women’s lacrosse team successfully completed a perfect season of 16-0. Jackie Neary was and still is the head coach. Because it was only the second year in the women’s lacrosse program, the team could not compete in the championship.
  5. In 1984 the men’s basketball team competed in the NAIA and was district 19 champions. It was the first time our school competed nationally. We beat the district champions, Compton State.
