After 110 minutes of scoreless play, the game went to sudden-death penalty kicks. Cabrini would rally to win the shootout, winning back-to-back CSAC titles with a 5-4 shootout score and a 1-0 win.
The Cavaliers women’s soccer team lost to Eastern by a score of 3-0 on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Edith Robb Dixon Field. It was the 12th straight season the Lady Cavs lost to Eastern in the annual Battle of Eagle Road.
Eric Nowicki is a sophomore business administration major as well as goalkeeper for the cavaliers. Nowicki was named second team all conference as well as first team all Hartford county.
