College is a time to learn, meet new people, and experience new and exciting things! So why waste 4 years doing nothing? Students at Cabrini seem to have a set goal they would like to accomplish while attending college. But do many or any students have a bucket list of things they would like to do before graduation?

A bucket list is a number of experiences or achievements that a person hopes to have or accomplish during their lifetime.

“I want to graduate with honors and a 3.5 or higher GPA for my minor,” Vanessa Fulton-Lawrence said. Lawrence works hard in all of her classes to attain these goals.

College is built for learning and using the school’s resources and opportunities that come with it.  However, it is also about having fun with your friends.

When students were asked what one thing on their Cabrini bucket list was they responded with school-oriented goals.

“I would like to make the deans list at least once,” Idrissou Diawara, sophomore, said.

Although students are attending college for the education, it is important to keep a balance between school and enjoying yourself before the real world hits.

“I would like to go on a mission trip with CRS” Marketa Johnson, Junior, said.

Previous alumnus, Aaron Moss, played for Cabrini’s basketball team for all four years that he attended Cabrini.

“I wish I would have had more time to participate in more of the activities that were going on around campus, like the Haunted House, I heard they were really scary,” Moss said in an e-mail.

“I think being on campus, as long as you stay involved, get off campus as much as you can too explore you will find yourself wanting to experience and doing more,” Moss said. “If you can’t do it now because you are still in college or because like most college students, don’t have the funds, write it down as something that you would like to do some day.”

Maybe students think what exactly is there to do on campus or around Radnor?

The trick to the bucket list is, it can be anything reached out of your imagination like dying your hair, day drinking, going to a foreign country or even cooking a meal for your housemates from scratch.

Whatever it is, make it worthwhile and a great memory.

These are the stories shared with generations through the ages.
