The Lady Cavs 15-game winning streak was halted on Saturday. But not in the way you might expect.

Cabrini’s bid for a 16th straight win was put on hold as inclement weather forced their game against Marywood University to be postponed.

The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 9, at 1 p.m., was moved back a week to this upcoming Saturday, Feb. 16, at 1 p.m.

This will be the final game on the Lady Cavs’ schedule for the regular season.

The Lady Cavs are still riding a 15-game winning streak and locked down the top seed in the CSAC tournament with a 79-55 win over Gwynedd-Mercy College on Wednesday, Feb. 6.

The Lady Cavs will host the CSAC semi-final on Wednesday, Feb. 20. The opponent and time of that game are still to be announced.
