Gossip Girl

Lauren Conrad

On the cover of three magazines this month, Cosmopolitan, Elle, and US Weekly, Lauren Conrad is living a fabulous life after leaving the “Hills.” Her current two novels in stores, “L.A Candy” and “Sweet Little Lies,” are best sellers and she has two more coming out in Oct., “Sugar and Spice,” and “Lauren Conrad Style.” It has also been rumored she will break in the television arena again. Her show will not feature her and beau Kyle Howard’s life more focusing on her designer. The great thing about Lauren Conrad is that she has everything and more with out

Mike Vick

The Phildelphia Eagels have named Michael Vick the starting quarterback. This announcement was made on Tuesday Sept. 21. Many are upset about this decision but despite Michael Vick’s past he is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL at the moment. Many think this decision was made because of the concussion Kevin Kolb suffered from in a previous game. But that is not the case. Coaches reviewed game video where Vick took over for Kolb and realized that the best decision for the Eagles was to make Michael Vick the starting quarterback.

Lindsey Lohan- failed drug test

Lindsey Lohan is back at it. The former Freaky Friday star failed her drug test, which is given regularly. The weekend of Sept. 20,  Lohan admitted to failing her drug test and faced up to 30 days in prison. After she admitted she tweeted about the situation saying, “”Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future. … This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences.”
