The Gem of the Lehigh Valley

If you’re looking for an inexpensive Italian experience, you would be choosing the right place if you go to Pandini’s. Pandini’s offers a variety of pastas, pizzas and salads.

This restaurant is located in the Lehigh Valley nestled in the Promenade shops. This isn’t your typical place to eat; the pizza is made in a brick oven. There are over 10 different kinds of pizzas that you can order. They range from plain old cheese and pepperoni to Thai peanut chicken and barbeque chicken.  There are flavors for just about everyone.

If you’re not a pizza person then a pasta dish is for sure going to draw you in. The Alfredo broccoli pasta was extremely good. The half portion and a side salad. The half portion was more than enough and  hard to finish. The side salad came with an overwhelming amount of vegetables that were delicious.

The wait for the food was only about 10 minutes. There is also the Pandini’s website where you can order online and see a complete menu and what is available. Walking into the restaurant it is not a “sit down” restaurant. But it isn’t a fast restaurant either.

It is a quick and healthier option than going to a fast food restaurant when you are in a hurry. The price for my whole meal was around $10 dollars. This included the pasta and the salad.

Honestly, that price is really unbeatable for a very enjoyable meal and a quick one at that, in 10 minutes. A strong recommendation  for Pandini’s to anyone and everyone.
